By using SoupDeck (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SoupDeck provides AI‑assisted study and presentation tools. Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms (pricing, intervals, and billed amounts) are described on our site and during checkout.
Auto‑renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen interval (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You are responsible for providing valid payment information.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy; contact support for disputes. You are responsible for taxes where applicable.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Do not use the Service for illegal activity, harassment, spam, or to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We retain ownership of the Service and its content. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to operate and improve the Service (see Privacy Policy for details).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoupDeck is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your use.
We use third‑party providers, including Stripe (payments), WorkOS (authentication/SSO), and Bunny (optional CDN). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of SoupDeck is located. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
